About Image Analysis.

Image analysis concerns the quantitative analysis of images. Alfstats has experience on remote sensing images, where a common distinction exists between optical images and radar (SAR) images. In optical images one further distinguishes between single band, multispectral and hyperspectral images. Radar images reflect for instance the height of an object on the ground like a building or infrastructure. Their integration is an important topic of innovation.
